Seaside Expansion

The Seaside Expansion involved building out on the back of a house to add more living space. We included a living room and kitchen with high, vaulted ceilings to maximize airflow on hot days. The open floor plan allows for easy entertaining and indoor-outdoor living during the warmer months.

The house itself is a charming beach cottage with steep peaked roofs. It’s raised up on a platform to avoid flooding issues during large storms. There is also a back deck for sitting outside and enjoying warm evenings.
