Our History


Perfection Associates, LLC started with one goal in mind: to create exquisite homes for the Ocean and Monmouth County areas. Our love of crafting the perfect home, tailored to each client’s unique needs, pushes us every day to deliver the finest craftsmanship and the best in customer service.

Our founder, Ryan Oliver, has been in the custom home industry his entire life. He grew up with a hammer in his hand and learned from his own family how to deliver meticulous custom home work with stellar service to each client. Eventually, he followed his dream to start his own company, and Perfection Associates, LLC was born.

Now, we focus on custom homes, renovations, kitchen and bath remodels, and project management, with an emphasis on delivering superb customer service no matter how big or small the job. Each client is unique, with their own needs and their own goals, so we work hard to customize the experience of working with us to fit those needs and goals.

We don’t think of our clients as one-off jobs. Instead, we like to build lasting relationships with our clients. Several clients have hired us again after working with us the first time, and many others recommend us to friends and family. That’s the best review we could ever get.

The quality of our craftsmanship and design speak for themselves, but it’s always nice when others recognize that quality, too. Our design work has won several awards from industry organizations who’ve seen for themselves how we’re a cut above the rest.

Our work really shines in the details. We pay attention to the little things you can’t see from far away, like mitered stairs stringers, that make our work more durable and more beautiful.
